The Mansion on Peachtree | Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead

The Mansion on Peachtree, is a landmark development featuring a 46-story high-rise that combines luxury residential living with hotel accommodations.

The tower includes approximately 35 upscale condominium units spanning 36 levels, along with a 137-room hotel occupying 10 floors. Supporting amenities include a 19,000 square foot spa, indoor exercise pool, banquet and conference areas and an on-site restaurant.

The site also incorporates a two-story café, six private residential villas, a grand motor court and extensive landscaped gardens totaling around 40,000 square feet. A three-level parking garage provides capacity for 230 vehicles. One of the tower’s most notable engineering features is a complex transfer truss system at level 15, which was highlighted in Modern Steel Construction magazine.

KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for the project, which was delivered under an accelerated design schedule using a phased GMP approach.
