Billy plays multiple instruments including guitar, trumpet, bass guitar, and percussion and in high school, he rowed on the high school crew team, and won a gold medal at a national regatta.

About:

Billy received both his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Civil Engineering-Structures from Oklahoma State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma.

His experience includes amenity center, recreational, entertainment, hospitality, residential, educational, commercial, healthcare and retail projects. He also has experience in field investigations and construction observations. Billy is a member of Oklahoma Structural Engineers Association. He is a certified International Code Council Special Inspector – Steel and Bolting and ACI Technician Grade I.

Billy is a member of the Oklahoma Structural Engineers Association.
