Mandy received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Arkansas and Missouri.

Mandy’s project experience includes higher education, municipal, commercial and retail projects involving site development, drainage and stormwater management systems, utilities, parking lots and sidewalks, and roadways. She has extensive experience in site planning, public meeting representation, government agency and interest group negotiations, and entitlement processes.

She is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers.
