As a firm believer in the principle that ‘form follows function,’ I have always been inspired by the art and science of structural engineering. There’s a unique satisfaction in seeing designs transform from concept to reality. Seeing the construction process come to life is what drives my passion for this field.

Skiing and woodworking are a couple of Max’s passions and he combined the two by building snow skis from scratch.
Max received his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and Master of Architectural Engineering degrees from Kansas State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado and 37 other states, and a licensed Structural Engineer in seven states.
Max’s project experience includes retail centers, national building programs, vehicle maintenance facilities, fuel centers, structural investigations and construction administration. These projects range in size from small renovations to projects exceeding 220,000 square feet.
Max is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Colorado (SEAC) and currently serves on its Board of Directors as Vice President.
