Wallace Design Collective

KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for the seven-story, 177,000 square foot, Class A office building with a separate 650-car parking deck. A majority of the building is leased by Synovus and has allowed the company to consolidate approximately 300 of its Atlanta based personnel, including Bank of North Georgia senior management team, Bank of North Georgia branch and Synovus specialty bankers and investment professionals.

The structural system for the office building includes post-tensioned girders and conventionally reinforced beams and slabs. The parking deck includes pre-cast concrete double-tee construction. The project was delivered on a fast-track schedule with a construction manager/contractor at risk.
