Sigma Nu | Epsilon Epsilon Chapter House

The mission of the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of the Sigma Nu Fraternity is to develop ethical leaders inspired by the principles of love, honor and truth. Built in 1929, their original house on Oklahoma State University’s campus was falling below current living standards. A plan for a new and larger fraternity house was put into play which will provide increased space, amenities and offerings of today’s collegiate lifestyle.

The vision for this project was to create a space to encourage academic achievement, foster the development of lifelong friendships and facilitate personal growth of mind, heart and character. Wallace provided civil engineering services for demolition of the existing Sigma Nu house and construction of a house on the same site. The new three-story, 28,700 square foot house will feature a full basement, study areas, storm shelter and multi-level parking garage with a capacity for 96 fraternity members. The topping out of their new fraternity house was held on February 3rd.
