The new upscale multifamily development is situated in a neighborhood experiencing significant expansion due to job growth. The area includes a strong base of healthcare employees, university employees and students as North Druid Hills is home to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), and Emory University medical campus.
The five-story development features 337 units which consist of four townhomes, 168 one-bedrooms, 138 two-bedrooms and 27 three-bedrooms units spread across two buildings. Residents also have over 11,000 square feet of amenity space for their convenience including a lobby with mezzanine, coffee shop, three courtyards, dog park, and fitness center along with 2,000 square feet of retail space for residents. Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for this exciting new development.
