Headquartered in Tulsa, the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma distributes food and other grocery items to 350 Partner Agencies in eastern Oklahoma, including food pantries, emergency shelters, soup kitchens, senior citizen centers and after-school programs. In Fiscal Year 2020, the Food Bank distributed more than 32.8 million pounds of food throughout the 24 counties of eastern Oklahoma.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural and civil engineering for the renovation and expansion of the facility. The expansion includes a new building that increased the capacity of the culinary and volunteer center, added new warehouse space, and provided new partner agency access. The new kitchen and upgraded equipment also allow services to increase from 10,000 to 60,000 meals per week. The renovated facility offers a variety of spaces for staff and volunteers to meet, work, and train. It features executive and private offices, a breakroom, a living room, a volunteer center, a commercial kitchen, a teaching kitchen within a community room, several privacy pods, boardroom and a U.S. Department of Agriculture-approved clean room, where trained staff and volunteers can package and distribute bulk protein.
