Saint Francis Health System is the largest employer in Tulsa County, with more than 8,400 and 1,000 physicians. Anchored by Saint Francis Hospital, SFHS serves eastern Oklahoma through over 75 locations, including the Saint Francis South and the Children’s Hospital at Saint Francis. Saint Francis South, a 96-bed community hospital, provides medical and surgical services to families in southern Tulsa and Wagoner counties.

Wallace provided civil engineering services for Phase I of Saint Francis South, with renovated and expanded a former heart hospital into an acute care facility. The project included parking lot expansions, drainage improvements and upgrades for future expansion, and a new emergency room entrance.

Wallace also provided structural engineering services as a specialty engineer to a precast concrete producer for a new five-level, 500-space parking structure. Our design services included a precast helix ramp, a vehicular bridge, various elevated walkways and pedestrian bridges linking the parking garage to each level of an adjacent medical office building.
