The June
The June is a new mixed-use development at the intersection of Foster and Broadway in the Edgewater neighborhood. The new building is steps away from the CTA red line as well as convenient to Chicago’s lakefront with an array of shops and restaurants nearby.
Wallace provided structural engineering services for the new 25,000 square foot, four-story mixed-use building. A one-story structural steel podium with retail space supports three levels of residential space above. The new development features a 27-unit apartment building with 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The building is a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments with a roof deck.
