Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for a new multifamily mixed-use complex. The 17-acre development consisting of 13.4 acres of multi-family and 3.7 acres of retail. The first phase comprises of 10 garden-style buildings containing 200 units averaging 924 square feet. Additionally, the property has a 6,200 square foot mountain resort-themed clubhouse with a business center, clubroom with fireplace and large-screen TV, and fitness facility, a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and patio with grilling and lounge areas.
