Cynthia loves to crochet. She has crocheted baby blankets for her grandchildren, friends’ children and she has given a crocheted baby blanket to new parents at her last employer.
Cynthia Simmons Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and her Master of Arts from the University of Phoenix.
Cynthia is a 20-plus year human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Wallace Design Collective. She holds two certifications in human resources, PHR and SHRM-CP. Cynthia’s HR experience includes work in long-term care, big box retail and non-profits. Cynthia was happy to join the Wallace team to lead and develop the HR function bringing her expertise and experience to the Wallace team.
Cynthia serves on the board of directors for the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association and on the board of directors for Domestic Violence Intervention Services of Tulsa. While Cynthia is an Oklahoma City native, she has happily called Tulsa/Broken Arrow home for more than 15 years.
