Ruddy received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee.

Ruddy has 10 years of experience in structural design, project coordination and construction administration in our Nashville office. His project management and engineering design experience includes commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily residential, high-end residential and retail facilities. His project experience includes new construction, additions, renovations and rehabilitation of existing structures. Ruddy uses his educational and professional experience to coordinate between building disciplines in order to meet the owner’s vision and schedule.

Ruddy is a member of the Tennessee Structural Association.
