Beta Theta Pi | Gamma Phi Chapter House Renovation and Addition
University of Oklahoma

The original structure, constructed in 1927, is on the National Historic Register and as such required that we work carefully to maintain the historic integrity of the building during the renovation work and construction of the addition.

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for the addition of a new 20,000 square foot, four-story building with basement adjacent to the existing three-story fraternity house built in 1927. The new addition includes a new dining room, large study hall, kitchen and bedrooms. The addition effectively doubles the size of the house, provides updated living quarters, and was made to fit the with the original Italian Renaissance style of the building.
