Wallace Design Collective

Wallace Design Collective provided structural engineering services for a new transit and public safety maintenance complex. The complex comprises of four new facilities including a, 18,634 square foot transit and fleet maintenance facility, 15,815 square foot parks maintenance facility, 4,900 square foot fire department maintenance facility, and a 2,160 square foot vehicle wash building. The Transit and Fleet Maintenance facility contains office spaces and service bays for the maintenance of large public transportation and public safety vehicles and a transit yard with CNG fill posts and electric vehicle charging stations. The parks maintenance facility houses multiple office areas and 10 service bays for parks maintenance vehicles.
