Dunkin’ Donuts was founded by Bill Rosenberg in 1950 and has grown to be the largest coffee and donuts brand in the United States, with more than 13,200 restaurants in nearly 40 global markets. They began doing business as Dunkin’ in 2019 and became part of the Inspire Brands family of restaurants in 2020.

Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the new 1,800 square foot store. This state-of-the-art establishment showcases Dunkin’s modern NextGen design, in-store innovations including a beverage bar tap system for nitro and cold-brewed coffee, and in-store charging stations with free wi-fi. The new quick-service restaurant features an open, contemporary layout with inviting colors and materials. Our civil engineering services included designing and planning the parking lot and utilities.
