Wallace Design Collective

The North Parkade is one of six parking structures owned and administered by the Tulsa Parking Authority. To meet the growing demand for downtown parking, TPA decided to expand the North Parkade on an existing adjacent surface lot.

Wallace provided structural engineering services for the addition of a six-level, 265-space parking facility. The levels of the addition were positioned so that they matched the existing adjacent parking garage. The existing garage was modified to allow traffic to flow from each level into the addition so that new ramps were not needed. A pedestrian bridge spans across a four-lane street to connect the garage with an office building.
