Proto Apartments

Located in the West Colfax neighborhood just five blocks from Sloan’s Lake, the new Proto Apartments are conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops, local breweries and bike trails. In addition to off-street parking and bike storage, two on-site car-share vehicles are available for use. Proto is less than a two-minute walk to Perry Street light rail station, and a 12-minute train ride to downtown Denver and Auraria Campus.

Wallace Design Collective provided civil engineering services for the new 40-unit apartment complex. The new apartment complex offers studio and one-bedroom apartments featuring designer kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, large windows, air conditioning and an in-unit washer/dryer.
