In 1998, Scooter’s Coffee was born. Co-founders Don and Linda Eckles began an amazing journey when they opened their first drive-thru coffeehouse in Bellevue, Nebraska. Scooter’s Coffee has over two decades of success due to its commitment to the original business principles and company core values.

Wallace Design Collective has provided civil engineering services and survey services for more than five new ground-up Scooter’s Coffee’s around the Oklahoma City area. Boasting a 664 square foot kiosk model, Scooter’s Coffee has one of the smaller coffee franchise models in the industry.
