Wallace Design Collective

Live. Work. Play. SEVEN6MAIN is a mixed-use development combining commercial, retail and residential use into one space. Spanning an entire city block, the three-story, 45,000 square foot center frames the southernmost border of Owasso’s emerging Redbud District. The development features retail and restaurant space on the first floor, commercial space on the second floor and upscale apartments on the third floor. Ample parking is available in the rear of the building to patrons and residents with easy access to amenities.

The Redbud District encourages sustainable development that will become a long-term asset to the City of Owasso by promoting economic growth and revitalization of their historic Main Street into a vibrant arts and entertainment destination. Wallace Design Collective provided structural and civil engineering services for this new mixed-use development.
