KSi, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for The Grove at Towne Center. This new development offers cutting-edge Multi-specialty Surgery Center and advanced Orthopedic Care to Women’s Imaging, General Surgery, and Physical Therapy. Notably, The Grove represents Northside’s first medical office building located off a Northside campus, bringing the expertise and excellence of Northside closer to the community. As part of this innovative project, there is a medical retail building anchored by an urgent care facility, ensuring convenient, high-quality healthcare. Structural engineering was also performed for the build-out of the 14,500 square foot Ambulatory Surgical Suite, with three operating rooms, a waiting area, easy check-in and offices.
