Star Metals is the culmination of iconic architecture, state-of-the-art design with cutting-edge finishes, unparalleled amenities and panoramic views. The team’s thoughtful approach and design come together to create the integrated district experience. This new development features seven stories of Class-A office space, two stories of retail space and four stories of parking. The high ceilings and expansive open-floor plans frame 360-degree views of Midtown, Buckhead, and Downtown Atlanta. The spacious, landscaped terraces of the offices set the stage for collaborative teamwork. KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering services for this new 14-story, 520,000 square foot mixed-use facility.
