Dan has traveled to all 50 states, traveled to 13 countries, been married for 25 years, raised five children, ran three marathons and has framed one house.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the Virginia Military Institute and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Mississippi State University. Dan began his career as a construction engineer for the U.S. Military and is now a licensed Professional Engineer in 27 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and is a licensed Structural Engineer in Oklahoma.
Dan has served as the project engineer and engineer of record for a variety of retail, education, industrial and municipal structures. Dan and his team have performed hundreds of forensic investigations, roof assessments, roof inspections and comprehensive building assessments to include the development of applicable repairs required for safe occupancy and code compliance.
Dan is a member of the Oklahoma Structural Engineers Association, International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants, International Institute of Building Enclosures Consultant, and the American Welding Society.
