Walker received his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from South Dakota State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma.

Walker’s project engineering experience includes working on various types of building projects, including commercial, parking garages, retail, hospitality, residential, and healthcare. His background showcases his proficiency in adapting to various sectors and effectively addressing the distinct demands and obstacles presented by each. His project experience also includes new construction, renovations and expansions.

He is a member of the Oklahoma Structural Engineers Association.
