“One day I too will create / Beauty out of cruel weight” – Mandelstam
“I take my work very seriously, but not myself. As a good friend once said, “Obviously we have some levity.” I aim to bring not only beautiful solutions but also joy to every collaboration.”

Dan grew up touring construction sites after hours with his dad and brother, only getting caught once or twice. His favorite part of structural engineering—aside from finding clients and making them friends—is visiting his project sites without risking arrest.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, and Oklahoma and a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
Dan has served as the project engineer for a wide variety of building types including multifamily, commercial, education and government projects, both nationally and internationally. Dan also specializes in the renovation of existing buildings. He has designed a wide variety of concrete, steel and masonry structures located in moderate and severe seismic regions across the globe.
Dan is a member of the Oklahoma Structural Engineers Association.
